DMCA & Copyright Policy

Last updated: September 29, 2026

PiikoPlay respects the intellectual property of game developers, publishers, artists and all other creators, and expects its users to do the same. PiikoPlay does not claim ownership of the games shown on the website: they belong to their respective developers and publishers and are provided through the developers themselves or through game distribution platforms.

If you believe that content on PiikoPlay infringes your copyright or other rights, please let us know. We review every notice and remove or disable access to infringing material promptly when a valid request is received.

How to submit a copyright notice

Send your notice by email to contact@piikoplay.com (or through our Contact page, choosing “Copyright / DMCA”). To help us act quickly, please include:

  1. Your full name, organization (if any), postal address, telephone number and email address.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed (for example the game title and developer).
  3. The exact URL(s) of the page(s) on PiikoPlay where the material appears.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete notices may delay our response. Please note that knowingly submitting a false or misleading notice may have legal consequences.

What happens next

After receiving a valid notice, we will review it and, where appropriate, remove the game or content or disable access to it, usually within a few working days. If the content came from a game distribution platform, we may also inform that platform so the issue can be addressed at the source.

Counter-notification

If you believe that material you provided was removed by mistake or misidentification, and where the law provides for it, you may send a counter-notification to contact@piikoplay.com containing:

  1. Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the URL where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the competent courts for your address and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Where required by law, we may forward the counter-notification to the person who submitted the original notice and may restore the material unless we are informed that legal action has been started.

Repeat infringement

Where applicable, we may remove content and suspend accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
