Welcome to PiikoPlay. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the PiikoPlay website and its features. The website is operated by Majdouline Annouch, Morocco. By using PiikoPlay you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Using the website

PiikoPlay lets you discover and play free browser games. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree to use it lawfully and not to:

  • disrupt, overload or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its servers or other users’ accounts;
  • use bots, scrapers or other automated means to copy the website or its content in bulk;

If you are under the age of majority in your country, please use PiikoPlay with the permission of a parent or guardian.

2. Game content

The games available on PiikoPlay are created and owned by third-party developers and publishers and are provided through the developers or game distribution platforms. They are embedded on PiikoPlay and run from the providers’ servers.

  • We select games carefully but do not control their content, functionality, in-game advertising or in-game purchases, and we cannot guarantee that every game works on every device or remains available.
  • Some games may contain their own advertising, links or offers. Any interaction with them is between you and the game provider.
  • Game progress and scores are usually stored by the game itself in your browser and may be lost if you clear your browser data.

3. Accounts

Creating an account is optional. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these Terms.

4. User content

If you post comments, ratings or other content, you confirm that you have the right to do so and grant PiikoPlay a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the website. We may moderate or remove user content at our discretion, in particular spam and content that is unlawful, abusive or infringing.

5. Intellectual property

The PiikoPlay name, logo, website design and our own texts are protected by intellectual-property laws and may not be copied or reused without permission. Games, game names, images and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Nothing on the website grants you a licence to use them except to play the games through the website as intended.

We aim to keep PiikoPlay available and working well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the website, including individual games, at any time and without notice, for example for maintenance or when a game is withdrawn by its provider.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website and games are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PiikoPlay is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the website or the games, including loss of data or game progress. 9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use PiikoPlay after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
